All - I believe this is a continuation of the previous recall involving the Power Distribution Module (PDM) that has been plaguing these units for couple years now. At one time, turning on the cruise control, or setting up your toad lights (they would not work) was indication the PDM was bad. Also Freightliner would test the module and if it passes there was not any recourse, although some units continued to have issues. Assume, this is the same sort of thing.

Mine might be in the group, I have apt on August 27th at Gaffney, will ask them to check it while there if they can. Mine started build during the affected dates, but the last time, mine was not on the list. I have not noticed any issues with lighting period. Next time at coach, will check clearance lights to see if problem exists.

First I’ve heard this impacts toad lights, can you give any more detail? My PDM was deemed ok by FL last year but I’ve had issues with one of my toad turn signals I can’t figure out.

Has anyone received this new recall? My vin says it does not apply.

Dup thread:

I don't think the original thread was discussed on here. I know it was discussed on IRV2.com/Newmar forums, search for PDM or recall number, which you can get from NHTSA's website. Owners affected by the original recall can chime in to describe it.
