No Heat

I recently bought a 2008 Tiffin Phaeton out of Florida. In NH it's cold and there is no heat coming from the dash controls. The blower works and the a/c works but no heat. I wondered if there was a way that the water got shut off to the front because it wasn't needed down South?

In Florida, when the heat control valve fails, some people just disconnect it.
We seldom need heat here.
You have to get to it and verify it is connected and working correctly.
