Went to exercise the hot water heater and NADA ....

Recently had the Pressure Relief valve replaced, wonder if they disconnected anything??

Quick check of the common issues and No hot water tank Thermostat Continuity (tank cold). Hummm.. Check leads with power on, 12.9v on the voltage source side.

Do these thermostats just stop working out of the Blue??

Purchased a new thermostat kit for the Atwood. Next day delivery, gotta love it.

I'll follow up with the part change and see if that is the problem.

If there is no water in the tank, check your by-pass, cut off, or whatever your winterizing valves are called. They might have shut off supply to the tank while they changed the P&T.

The circuits tested in RED. These are 12v circuits. The heating element is 110V but luckily is on the other side of a Relay.
