no hot water

about 2 weeks ago my pipes froze. during the thaw i got a trickle of water coming from the cold faucet but nothing from the hot. when i turned the hot water on i could feel the faucet getting hot but still no water. the next day i got cold water coming out the hot side. i pressed every button i could find hoping for a reset. ive checked the fuses. one more thing...when i press the pressure relief valve no water comes out. Any help would be appreciated/ thanks
