No power

I need help
On shore power only the microwave and refrigerator will work
On generator the same
I have replaced the Transfer switch and installed new batteries, still no interior lights, slides don’t work, etc
At the moment the inverter works also
The coach and the generator cranks and runs just fine
What do I need to look for
Help

Have you checked that your salesman switch is on and functioning proper? Just an FYI. Platinum is not a Monaco model.
