New to us 2015 Etrek RSEM won't accept shore power. The shore power light illuminates momentarily and that's it. The inverter showes no power coming in.
Additionally, the solar controller is blank. Everything with a Roadtrek sticker say to use factory settings. Has anyone had experience with this?

I have experience with the shore power side and first indication to me is an Automatic Transfer Switch issue, especially if the air conditioner or electric wtr. heater won't power on. If neither of those large consumption items are working on shore power the issue isn't with the inverter, they're strictly receiving power directly from the pedestal, but is likely in the transfer switch. Otherwise if they are working, it's likely your salesman switch is off, the inverter has a tripped breaker or faulty fuse or the batteries are so low the inverter isn't seeing them. If you can start the engine crank up the generator and it may shock the system on.

Thanks,
The batteries can power everything including the air conditioner. The inverter just isn't recognizing the shore power input. I'm not finding any information on a transfer switch in the manual.

You may need to charge the house batteries. Otherwise, someone on here a while back had a similar issue in an etrek, the transfer switch was mounted on the backside of the breaker panel. Unplug from the shorepower before diddling with the ats though. It may not be switching but it will be hot. If the ats is the problem you can easily bypass it by wiring the shorepower lead inside the ats to the lead inside the ats running to the breaker panel. Only you won't be able to use the generator.
