I’m thinking possibly the starter. Both batteries are charged fully. Anyone have this issue before?

Is this a gas or diesel generator" If diesel, are you allowing it to prime/preheat before trying to start it? If we knew more about what year/brand/model coach the generator is in, it would help. Couldn't really tell from the short video,

I experienced the same thing last month. Luckily for me I ran into Neal at the storage facility. The trick for me ..... hold down the primer for around 30 seconds then try to start it. It fired right up. Thanks Neal. :).

There are many reasons these darn generators no-start. If it is cranking normally, Check oil level first. Then if it has been awhile since last start, prime for 30-45 secs, certainly until the light goes out.
If you can smell fuel, good news is you're getting fuel, bad news is it is probably flooded:).
