Hi everyone. We own a Winnebago warrior which we are looking to sell. My question is which is easier to back up, a single axle travel trailer or a double axle travel trailer? My husband had a lot of trouble with our popup. So just wondering if a double axle would be easier to back up.

I have only had a double axle 30 foot boat trailer. It is more stable than a single.

Try this: Ask Dad to get set straight as possible, place only one hand at bottom of steering wheel. That takes all the mental reverse motion out and simplifies things. Just remember moving the hand right will move the tail end right. Make Small movements.

Pop ups are very short and depending on the tow vehicle they react very quickly to movements of the tow. Longer trailer is easier for me.

Not sure double or single is a big difference but rather length of the trailer. As stated, the best method is place your steering hand at the 6 o’clock position and the direction you go with your hand is direction the trailer will turn. Go slow as stated.
