Hi friends! I hope someone can help me with this. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the brake or the CMax toad. I suspect CMax. We had a Blue Ox tow bar installed on our 2017 CMax Platinum Hybrid. When we left the dealer after the install and drove the 100+ miles home, we had no issues. This weekend we hooked it up on our own for the first time. We started the car, put in neutral, turned off car. We set the Patriot 2 brake and plugged it into the same power port that we used driving it home a few weeks prior. I am pretty confident that it is supposed to be hot at all times. But, this time after driving 10 miles or so, we would get a notice in the cab that the brake was not powered. We pulled over, reset everything, everything was fine - then 10 minutes or so, same thing - no power. I am pretty sure this is something with the car but I'm not certain. Does anyone have any ideas so I can hopefully have my brake working for our drive home on Wednesday? Thanks for any advice!!
