I just heard that there is a limited supply of Pepwave routers available because of the chip shortage, especially for the transit max duo and the 5G has been sold out for some time. Apparently, they will be replaced by some other offering yet to be announced. Anyone else heard this?

Oooo, so you’re saying I should sell mine for more than I paid for it?

Why does this sound like a broken record? ?‍♂️

I'd check 5Gstore.com or MobileMustHave.com if you're looking for a unit and see what you can find. I no longer subscribe to the above, way too expensive for too little return on the investment. Prices way too high now.

My, not used much, new looking, Pepwave MAX BR1 MK2 will be for sale soon. I know it's kind of the low end but hopefully I can get a reasonable price for it. I'll probably put it on eBay and give the option to install an AT&T prepaid hotspot plan so the buyer can immediately plug it in and have something working. I think a prepaid account can be transferred just by changing the name and email address. I'd do it now but I'm temporarily in Texas and the GPS antenna is back home in New Hampshire and I want to sell it complete.

Pepwave make great products but, as a bit of techie type, I finally did what I wished I'd done when I got the RV over a year ago if I had done more research. I bought one of these and one of these to go in it. I'm very happy with it so far.

I recently bought a Pepwave Max Transit 5G with Cat 20 modems from the 5GStore.com. They were wonderful to work with and had them in stock at the time. (maybe 2 months ago?)

I don’t think the advice they give is very good either. It’s all very generic. Maybe it only gets specific if you subscribe, but I wasn’t going to pay them any money to see whether or not it was worth paying them any money.
