Considering becoming a full time rv'er in a couple years and starting early research. New to the rv world all together. First basic question is F250 capable of hauling a 35 ft 5th wheel?

you will have to do the math on the truck and the fifth. tow capacity of truck (gcvw) and weight of the fifth(gvw).

I'd say the definitive answer is "maybe." As Kevin indicated, you need to check the numbers. If you are looking to buy a tow vehicle, then step up to the F-350; you won't be sorry. If you already have a F-250 that you plan to use, then you'll need to look for one of the lighter "35 ft 5th wheel" trailers.

The above responses are good ones. Bigger is ALWAYS better when talking about a tow vehicle. You get more towing and hauling capacity and usually get more HP and TQ in the engine as well as bigger brakes. This adds up to a safer package for towing. Trucks that are being maxed out to the end of their capacity while towing are very dangerous. They leave the driver no "wiggle room" when things go wrong.

Thank you for your response
Everyone is so helpful. Do you know if there are people out there that have a business of driving your rv to a location for you?

Where are you located? Where do you want it to go? I'm pretty sure it would be pretty EZ to find a retired guy that owns an RV that would be willing to drive it for you if you covered his time and expenses.
