I have a 2018 Roadtrec Agile SS. It is powered by 2 lithium batteries (solar). The coach has two inverter switches. One of them stays on, even when in the off position. I have attempted to reset it by performing a number of steps (i.e., turning lithium batteries off, turning coach battery off, etc.) to no avail. And unfortunately it’s the kitchen bank. Any suggestions? Photos included. Thank you in advance.

Have you checked the switch itself to see if it is functioning properly? Pull the switch and turn it off. With a multimeter check for power between the wires on it. If you have 12V on the meter then it is shutting off. If you have no voltage the switch failed in the on position.
