I have 4 acres of land in Virginia and I’m considering turning it into a small private campground. But I want to make it accessible to full time RV living also. There are campgrounds in the area that allow full time residence and others that don’t . I’m just trying to find info on why that is, what the difference is and what’s needed to allow that. Thanks
