Propane valve won't budge

Only loosen it a bit and spray some lubricant on it. WD-40 is not a great lubricant but better then nothing.
 
Just curious how this turned out. I have one that won't budge on a 100-pound tank, but I believe it's because it is frozen. I'm going to warm it up and see what happens (not with a torch, lol).
