Question about the loves connect app

As many of us are aware, Loves offers a super convenient option to stay overnight with dedicated RV spots. I am a big fan of these when traveling and they are planning to open 200+ locations in 2025. Some of us use the loves connect app to fuel in the truck lanes where we can prime the pump to begin fueling without going inside. This requires you to choose the “commercial driver” setting in the app and your open roads card (or any fuel card) is used as the purchasing instrument. I cannot figure how to use the app with its current setting to make a reservation at one of their locations in the app. You can go on the loves website and do it but I’d like to be able to do it in the app. Anyone know how to do it in the app without changing the customer profile setting?

It does take you out of the app to Camplife to make the actual reservation.

I remember I could setup and pay at the pump before getting out. Then that stoped. Does that still work?

Haven’t tried that. I use the Open Roads card at the pumps.

Heard it could be setup in the app but have not dug into it.

I used the fueling feature a couple of months ago and yes it did work. I typically lean towards TA Petro as it’s cheaper on open roads.

I called TSD/Open Roads about the T/A and Loves card not working at the pumps last week. I was informed they no longer support 3rd party APPs due to fraud issues. Mine haven't worked since last September.
