I'm curious, what do you do when your wipers ice up? How do YOU handle this situation? I know this must happen to you all often in all of that humidity!

We use Rain-X on our windshield; maybe it would work on wiper blades too. It sure does bead up water so that it runs off.

Is @Neal second guessing his decision to skip Florida this winter and our warm weather?

Neal, make sure you don't overload the wipers with freezing snow. The wiper motor fuse may blow. It happened to me in Canada.
Now I remember why I left Canada 30 years ago for FL

Pull thru Blue Beacon...then Park in the TruckStop next door and wait for it to pass.

The best advice is...

Watch out where the huskies go,
And don't you eat that yellow snow - Frank Zappa

But right now...with white stuff falling from the sky...I am having a hankering for poutine and beaver tails. Anyone know of a place in Dallas?

Last time I was in a little snow I was heading to the mothership and it started snowing just as I got on 31N in Indianapolis AND my windshield was leaking badly AND my wipers started to fall apart AND I'm from FL.....

We are full. Local Floridians like us have to book 11 months ahead for a spot in the state parks For a weekend, or few days.
Even than it is not sure we will get one.
