But there is no power coming from the outlets. I can't charge my phone unless motorhome is on.
 
That may be the way it is from the factory. Any competent automotive electrician can change that outlet to have 12 volts all the time but the risks are that you could run down the engine start battery.

I had the same problem. Turned out, the wire feeding the cigarette lighter socket had only 7 Volts.
It was just enough to light the indicator LED. Installed a wire with 12V and it is fine now. Have someone remove the socket and test the voltage.
 
Thank you, I will try to get a tester but.... I'm still just having trouble with the red and black wires coming off the isolator and exactly which of the 4 prongs they come off
