We recently had our annual trip to the factory for maintenance.
As many of you may know, service with Renegade is by appointment. Service is booked out at least 4 months, at times we have been told 6 months.
Renegade is moving their service from the factory to a building they purchased. This will free up that service area for the class 8 production. (Production is still running at full capacity and they are still not accepting orders for the Ikon as that model slows down production too much)
I am hopeful that this change to service will also allow Renegade to expand service and waiting to hear/see what changes, if any, they make to accommodate customer needs while the coach is in service.
We understand this move will take place at the end of November/beginning of December. Will share more once we get the update from the service team.
