Water damage on 2 inches of back area of slide out floor. Rv shop wants to replace whole floor for$ 3000 . I repaired window leak and floor is dry now and think a lesser repair would suffice. Please advise

3000 = 20 hrs labor! 2 inches seems like Minor damage. I would consider floor sealer and new floor treatment, and call it a day.

Everything drying well the wall was not drying so took out wet styrofoam and luan and now it’s dry looking for right adhesive to repair exterior bubble and glue it all back together
