If replacing...perhaps you can use the one already there ? Many people get the Bluetooth models these days. Other than that, IF you must replace and run a cable I would try and determine where and how the current cable is run. IMHO it's either down the chassis rails or in the roof. Good luck...these projects are just part of the RV experience
