I retired a few months ago and have traveling since March in a Sunray 109 Sport. Always looking to meet fellow travelers along the road. Been up and down the East coast. Next is mid- south... Happy trails...

Welcome aboard!

Welcome, enjoy your retirement. I’m looking forward to retirement soon. Check out Rivers End campground Tybee Island, a small but nice campground.

Hey VRider75. I know it's been a while since you posted, but I just came across your welcome. I'm in the same boat - retire in September and going to FT RV life (which we actually started already because we sold our houses in this crazy market). If you are ever in the south-west corner of NC, check out Valley River RV resort in Marble, NC. Nice place, only about 85 sites +-, friendly staff, and if you are an outdoors person, lots do to in the area. Everything from white water rafting, hiking, fly fishing, golf, as well as a casino and the town of Murphy not far away with a decent old-school downtown area that's pretty vibrant. Just do a little research on what route you want to take in. Some of them are not RV friendly (famous "tail of the dragon" aka US129 might come up on your GPS which is fun on a motorcycle isn't so fun in the RV).
