No mention of selling off the RV brands in the official REV investor release, nor does it state the REV Group was sold

Terex and Rev Group Announce Strategic Merger, Creating a Leading Specialty Equipment Manufacturer; Terex Announces Plans to Exit its Aerials Segment

It is being presented as a merger but TEREX is giving each shareholder of REVGroup part of a share in the new company AND some cash, a total of $425M to be paid to REVGroup shareholders.
They don’t explicitly say they will get rid of the RV business but the main driver in this merger is to lower risk and focus on “low cyclically, resilient demand, and long term growth profiles”.
To me this sounds like it doesn’t align with a historically cyclical and consumer driven RV market. REV divested itself of Lance earlier this year, was that in preparation for this?
