Congrats, @Chuggs. We travel full-time, and every year we swing thru Santa Fe, NM to load up the basement freezer with our annual supply of Hatch Green Chile!!! It's great to know that when they finish that bridge across the Atlantic to England, we'll be able to get our supply directly from the ChilleChumps!!!

Happy 2022 to all of you!

Big Jim hasn’t germinated yet…. and being grown in Florida really won’t qualify as a Hatch Chile. Kinda like making scotch outside of Scotland, or champagne outside of France…

We’ll see what makes it thru the initial growth stage…

shooting for

Bhut Jalokia (Ghost)
Red Savina Habanero
Trinidad Scorpion
Jalapeno
Tobasco
Piri Piri
Scotch Bonnet
Shishito
Big Jim NuMex (Hatch type Medium)

Keep us posted! We look forward to trying it all.
