I'm just curious as to how you put the rubber seal conditioner on the slide out seals that have toppers installed. Obviously if you have really really long arms you can reach but the normal arm length cannot reach the whole seal under the topper.

I use some 303 in a bottle that will squirt a stream about 6 to 8 ft. Work from one end and then go to the other end. I didn't say I was neat but I do get the upper seal lubricated.

I use an extesion pole (the one for washing the rig). Tie an ould towel around it and secure it with twist ties. Saturat the towel with lubricant and run it along the seal from both sides.

Saw one video where guy said he preferred to use Armorall tire foam. Think it cleaned up easier. I know I like to use it to clean the inner plastic fender wells on my vehicles- just spray & hose off after it soaks in. I would think an extension pole with a soft scrub brush that will screw onto the pole might work
