RV magazine subscriptions.

Help! I'm trying to give a friend a subscription to a RV magazine and it will NOT let me send it to his P.O. Box address. I even called the number listed and was told they will not deliver to a PO box. This is crazy! It's the only address he has!
Does anyone know of a good magazine that will deliver to a po box OR have a solution to the problem?
I've never heard of such a thing.
At this point even a good 'on-line' subscription would be considered!
I want this to be a Christmas gift!

Some rural post offices will allow you to use their street address but you’ll need to call the post office to confirm. In the past I have successfully sent using this format:

First Last <— his name
123 street name - Box 567 <— post office street address and his box number
City, state zipcode
