That means there is a short in the circuit somewhere.......... Start by checking the light bulbs. I have seen them fail and managed to short out. If you don't find anything, then look at the plug and wiring. If nothing there, you *may* be able to cut the wiring in the junction box where the wiring from the plug and cord meet the trailer wiring. Generally the clearance/tail light circuit is split and one wire for each side. By doing so you will at least isolate the issue to one side. After that, you need to examine as much of the wiring that you can. Hopefully this helps..........
