About a quarter of the time when I’m lowering my entrance door shade, the shade will go down part way and then sputters for a second or two. It has this sputtering episodes 1-3 times during the lowering process. I’ve never seen this issue when raising the shade.

What’s the usual indications of a shade motor going bad? Is this what it does? The fact that it only happens going down, and not up, makes me think it could be related to the rocker switch, but I figured I’d get other thoughts before pulling things apart.
