Shade trouble

Just wondering of any of you have had troubles with your dark shade. This morning it would only go halfway up on the driver side window. Would welcome your thoughts

Watching this one - I hve the same problems and not sure how to address it. There are two little black buttons hanging on wites at the drivers side ends of the shades which I thought might be re-set or over-ride buttons but they dont seem to do anything.

Go to the MCD website, they have directions on adjusting the shades. Also, there are some good Youtube videos.
