I have a 2018 Dutch Star. Need shocks on the front. Any suggestions?
Bilstein shocks work great on my 1999 Dutch Star. Have on front and back. Still good after

52000 miles.

Koni's are what most are using

I put Koni’s on our 2017 DS 4018, big improvement. Replaced shocks on 2020 DS 4369 within first 700 miles, better but not as much improvement as on 2017

In 2018, Newmar installed 46mm Bilstein shocks on the front of Dutch Stars. IMHO they are inadequate for the weight of the front suspension. On King Aire models they installed 60mm front shocks. I installed the 60mm Bilsteins on my '18 DS 4369 coach. It made a world of difference. No more bottoming out the front suspension with the 60mm's.

My 2015 DS came with SACHS shocks. The coach just turned 60K miles, and I have no problems with the shocks?
