Hey everyone…I just got a used 2015 Itasca and didn’t know what do do with the battery disconnect switch (Single Circuit 6006 blue sea system). I know if storing you put in off mode and when driving keep in on to charge the house batteries….but what about when hooked up to shore power? Do I keep it on or shut it off? If it is off will does it bypass the batteries and keep them charged like storing? If I keep it on does it bypass the batteries and keep charging them? I am confused with the shore power thing and the switch on what to do…I don’t want to assume anything and we are leaving tomorrow for a long road trip. I did my best to google and search but came up short as it relates to when the rig is plugged into shore power.

Thanks everyone for the help as this is my first RV and I want to make sure we aren’t stranded and have no power and use this switch correctly.
