Last night I treated myself to a nice steak dinner here boondocking on an airport doing some flight training again. I bought a nice sirloin prior to leaving. I tell ya...if you've never done a steak on a pellet grill (smoker) you are missing out. I used searing grates first bringing the grill to 400. I put the steak on the grates for 7 mins, turned over and did 6 mins on the other side and let rest for 10 mins. It is amayziiiiing! I've never had better steaks than when done on my pellet grill!

Looks like Amazon has them in stock again!

That’s the wrong picture...

Got my Davy Crockett a few weeks ago.

DH was skeptical. He didn't believe it would be better than the Komodo Joe we had. It is freaking AWESOME!!

We've made 3 pulled pork, ribs, we cook fish 2-3 times a week and chicken. Now I need to go get steaks! And that sear grate. It is so simple compared to the ceramic cooker, it is not even close.

We even took it on our road trip to Chicago and used it in my Mom's backyard. Traveled really easy and plugged into the F-150 to cook!
