Slide out Controller

My Rear Slide Out Controller is only working intermittantly. Most of the time it works but occassionally fails to activate the motor. I have changed the controller switch and have actually jumped out the wires leading to the controller to bypass any plugs and switches. The relay continues to fail once in a while. Repeated attempts (over several days) to get it to work seems to be the solution right now. I need to know where the controller is located and what the manufacturer and part number are. I have looked in the rear breaker box compartment but did not find the controller. My coach is a 2002 Fleetwood Southwind 32' with rear slide being in the bedroom. I have found a Barker P/n #27666 controller on ebay but I am not sure that is the proper replacement part.
