Slide out problem

I have a 1999 National tropical.my main slideout will not retract, I thought it was the motor,so I replaced it and it will still not retract someone said it was the controller,but I can't find a controller anywhere. Anybody know about tropicals?

I believe the controller is attached to the button or switch that sends it in and out. Try switching it with other switch from slide that works

Thank you,I did actually try that and same results, still will not retract
