We have a 2016 3024 . We bought it used with 9500 miles a couple weeks ago. The slides are very squeaky. I read that in the Newmar manual that rollers should be cleaned often. How do you get at them and is this necessary? Also how do you get the two zone air conditioner to cool at the same time? We have the filters on the intake opening in the ceiling (none in the ones where the air comes out of. Wish I knew the correct terminology ? Thanks for all you help.

If you push the zone button on the left side of the thermostat, it switches between zone one and zone two. Set the temperatures in each zone and the temperature will be regulated. Use the mode button, below the zone button, in each zone to select HP, Furnace, cool, etc. Furnace option is only available in zone 1. Hope that helps.

Yes, the rollers need to be cleaned. I may find out how in the spring, when I go for service. The slides are a bit noisy. You may want to lubricate the pivot points on the slide arm or have it done.
