2017 ventana. Rear macerator toilet long delay after you press the flush button. We've been living
a year in the motorhome and it seems to be getting longer delay.
Any ideas?

So it does not do anything for a delay....then flushes?

Water pump on?

Maybe water pressure is an issue? Seems to flush better using the fresh tank water pump?
Are you using your hose or water pump? Is there a difference between using the pump or hose? Are your water filter(s) in need of changing?

City water hooked up. Lots or pressure. Filters clean.
Push the button and its like you didn't press it right then slowly
it starts.
This morning it worked like normal. Pushed the button and swoosh
it worked.
Gremlins !!!

Even if city water is hooked up it doesn't mean you'll have that pressure available if your fresh tank is autofilling. There is no reason NOT to have the water pump on. It will only engage when the city water pressure is insufficient so you always have good pressure.

When my macerator toilet went wonky, I removed the box on the wall, unplugged it for a minute, and it started operating correctly.

Removing power has worked for us. We have a physical switch to remove power, making the “reboot” very easy.

Unfortunately, in today’s electronic age, rebooting/restarting has become the first thing to try. This also “fixes” other problems in our coach.
