Folks,

Zip tied to the solar prep wires in the basement area is a cat 6 cable pictured below. What is this for and where is the other end located?

Other end should be behind panel with lever monitor etc.
 
Mis type tank level monitor?
 
On our MADP above the driver seat in the switch cabinet the was a sticker that read “solar prep”. Cat 6 cables were behind panel.

What did you use the cat 6 cable for in your solar setup?

Actually I didn’t use them. I believe they are for your charge controller remote control panel. I mounted my Victron control next to the controller and use the Bluetooth feature on my smart phone app.
