Sony radio issue

I have a new Entrada and it has a Sony radio in the dash. It comes up in demo mode every time I start the engine. So in enter all the info drive where I’m going I shut the engine off and when I start up again. It back in demo mode. I can’t get any help from forest river or the dealer that sold me the Rv.

Get the SONY model number of the radio. Put that in a GOOGLE search. SONY does have manuals online. From there you can obtain the buttons and keystrokes to get the radio out of the DEMO mode.

Probably like "press button xxxx and then turn the radio on" etc.
