I just watched a video from a couple of full timers, and a comment was made that is making me think. Doesn’t happen often. :)

Addressing the full-width storage trays, the comment was made that if he could do it all over, he’d get two half-bay trays instead of the full-width due to the loss of storage height from having to pass under the frame rails.

Anyone else feel the same way about them?

Thanks!

When I had our 2017, I did wonder if 2 half trays wouldn’t be better as you mentioned. On 2020 you gain 3” clearance from frame rails and find the full tray to be a good benefit. I store things in the same plastic bins I had in the 2017.

Thanks Bill. That’s valuable feedback. The couple in the video are traveling in a ‘14 DSDP, so those few additional inches in the later years may make a difference.
