Hi all, I've read a few posts about the crappy, floor-level cupholders in the ProMaster. I've seen a few solutions and thought I'd share mine. I wanted to get it within reach and mount it just below the buttons on the center console. The curve of the cupholder and console are both convex so I made a spacer out of plywood, matching the curves and angles of both items. For support I installed an aluminum flatbar from the cupholder to the console, using the screws that attach the console.

So far it's working great, though it makes getting from the passenger seat to the back tricky since it takes up more space. Now that I know it'll work out, I'll take it apart and paint everything flat black.
