Just used my Suburban gas RV oven in our used 2015 Solara by Forest River. It burned the bottom of the biscuits, caused our fire alarm to go off, all with no smoke. Just wondering if anyone has this range and had similar problems? Fixes, suggestions?

We put a pizza stone on the shelf just above the burner. Makes all the difference. The picture is Stromboli and apple crisp baked in the oven.

The temperature dial on mine was off a good bit, I used a thermometer inside to get a corrected temp. Then adjust the knob accordingly.
