Hi! We just took delivery of our Class-C RV and are ready to take our first trip. We live in Denver and would love suggestions on places to camp that will allow us to stay in one place and have great hikes or sites without the need to drive. We’re fine dry camping. Beauty a must!

We welcome any newbie tips.

Any suggestions?

Find a forest service field office and ask for road use maps for the forests around you. They tell you what roads you can camp 14 days alongside. We used to camp on the other side of the tunnel on I-70 when we lived in Westminster years ago.
