I'm new to RVing and looking for suggestions for my first outing in North Carolina. I've been thinking about the mountains for the fall colors but wonder if my first outing I should use to better acquainted with my Regency before mountain driving. Thoughts and suggestions appreciated.

I think the mountains would be a great idea and would be my first choice. The colors are so pretty right now. However, if you decide not to do the mountains you might want to check out James Island, SC or Hilton Head....not too far away depending on where in NC you are. I hope you have a wonderful adventure.

Yes the mountains would be great I would think. I’m not sure where you are in NC, but going through Asheville maybe see the Biltmore, then there is Maggy Valley, Cherokee NC where there is an India reservation and casino. Beautiful country.
