I have a Destination Trailer that is in storage for 6 months and then in one spot for 6 months on full hookup. I see no benefit of holding tanks. Has anyone converted to residential toilet and residential plumbing?

look into park models
I have my destination trailer, I’m not going to sell it to get a park model. Plus insurance on park models is much higher here, I don’t understand why. Just curious if anyone has done this transformation.

That's OK I understand but I don't. Taxes is a very good reason in my book. However loss of value in the conversion is what I was thinking. are the holding tanks exposed or hidden?(easy to remove)

I certainly wouldn’t remove the tanks but you might be able to bypass them

The grey tank shouldn't be much of a problem, but the toilet is usually plumbed into the top of the black tank. I can't picture a way to by-pass the tank without removing it.
