Tail light issue

I have a 99 American dream that recently lost tail lights rear clearance lights and side marker lights everything else works properly. I have checked fuses and spoke to spartan who forwarded me to American who was out to lunch.help

Have you put a meter to each problem area to see if power is coming through? I would assume if the loss was total to all at one time they are on the same line so that makes it a singular source of issue which is good rather than several.
