All: Looking at a 2014 Tiffin 31SA (< 30k ml) as a first RV for my wife and I. Front seats have not held up but otherwise owner's maintenance and care have been great. This looks like a good coach to learn on.
Can I remove the front Captain's Chairs easily (say a four-bolt pattern)? They are powered so I am certain to disconnect as well as undo seat belt. I'd like to take them to an upholsterer for new foam and covers. Thoughts?

Very easy to remove them. As you mention, there will be a base plate bolted through the floor. Unplug the electrical connection and you should be good to go.

Thanks Chargerman! Easy Peasy this weekend. Pulled both with Base (heavy!) and took to be reupholstered.

Ended up buying a 2013 TIffin 36LA. Performed well on a shakedown cruise last weekend.
