Thinking of selling 2015 Sunseeker 3010

Interested if anyone has a ballpark of what my 2015 Sunseeker 3010, class c, should be priced at.
30k miles, well maintained. Transmission fluid changed at beginning of season, serpentine belt changed. Installed safe t plus, Bilstein shocks, Helwig sway bars and rear trac bar. Came with big foot levelers, outdoor tv, 4 door fridge. Replaced couch with rec pro recliners. Overall very good condition. We are looking to change to a 5th wheel, Jayco 32rls and a dealer said he’d give $50k for it without knowing anything about it. I’m interested if anyone knows what the value would be for private sale.

The used retail listed in NADA is $55,740 including the additional value for the mileage. Things like a chair swap may help sell but really do not affect NADA values.
