Thor Motor Coach For F-450 v10 heater

Hello. We turned on the Dash Panel heat for the first time and notice the air is barely warm even with lower fan setting. The a/c worked perfectly. Any ideas to resolve this,, Colorado morning driving is still pretty cold!

First thing that comes to my mind is that when engine coolant level is low the heaters won’t blow hot air.
