We have been doing research on an Entegra Emblem 36U The specs state it has a 5000 lb receiver hitch. Does that mean that is the maximum weight limit the rv can tow?
 
Yes that is correct. I see that you are wanting to tow your new pickup. Sorry to say that the truck will be too much for you to tow and it is not flat towable since it is 2 wheel drive. I would not recommend towing it on a dolly backwards. It can be done but in my opinion not the safest. I would find a small car that I could flat tow.
