Purchased NEW...one year later the leaf spring broke on the passenger side!! Now the floor by the entry door is soft!!! Not happy. When we contacted the dealer, they wanted pictures, the cost to fix. Then ultimately told us, too bad we're not paying for the fix and told us to weigh the trailer.... just venting. Upset. We should've just kept the older trailer instead of trying to upgrade. New trailers are made very cheaply not solid.

Wow, those seem like some light weight springs. What axles do you have weight wise?
