Any of you Virginia residents camped/boondocked at a Wildlife Management Area? I might give them a try in the spring...

While not in VA, I have camped at the Buffalo Lake National Wildlife Refuge just outside of Amarillo Texas. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The facility had about 10 boondocking sites. No hookups whatsoever. They locked the gates at around 6pm and there is no getting in or out after that. When we stayed, we had the whole refuge to ourself. It was wonderful.
